1300/1800 Numbers sit along side any existing fixed or mobile phone number, deemed the answering point. You will pay for your customer to call you by way of a monthly rental fee and a per minute call rate depending on the origin of the call and nature of the answering point.

There are NO set up fees, NO contracts or fees for changes and the monthly rental fee is only $16 (GST Excl).

New numbers will be provisioned within 6-12 hours, transferred numbers within 4 days.

 We are also able to provision 1300/1800 numbers to answer at international answering points. No set up fees or contracts apply and call rates will vary depending on the country of termination and the choice of 1300 or 1800 number.
