Due to the time taken to facilitate requests for us to forward correspondence to users who you alleged have breached copright, requests will only be accepted upon completion of the following

(a) A signed stat declaration saying your the owner of the work(s)  OR  If you are an agent for the copyright owner, a stat declaration plus a letter of authority of the owner

(b) Pay an admin fee of $60 (ex GST) per request (i user = 1 request)

(c) Supply evidence of the alleged theft (Date, Time, IP) Date and Tine to be in EST

(d) Copy of the correspondence to be delivered to the user(s) who you alledge stole your works

Due to the costs involved any request that does not fufill these requirements will be ignored and deleted.

If you require the users details, you will need to lodge the above information plus an order of the court and a fee of $120 (ex GST).
In return we will send you the details by secure post.   We will not fax / email our customers details as we take privacy and security matters seriously
