How do I make Calls using Femtech? There are 2 methods to make calls using Femtech OVERRIDE & PRE-SELECT Femtech is a product range of the Femtech Group What is 1423 OVERRIDE? With the override service, you need to dial the 1423 prefix first, followed by the STD Mobile ISD number. This routes your call through the Femtech's Network. How much does it cost? There is no initial fee or set up charge for signing up to the Femtech service. Users will be charged for any calls that made by the Femtech 1423 Service. Are Femtech rates always the lowest? No. Sometimes companies may offer special deals outside of peak hours, such as capped calls. Femtech has no monthly charges or hidden fees. Does the Femtech Override Invoice replace my existing telephone bill? No. You will continue to receive a telephone bill from your provider covering local calls and line rental. Do I have to notify my existing telephone company? No. Your Femtech service will not effect the arrangements you have with your existing telephony provider. Can I use the service from any telephone? No. You need to nominate the telephone numbers from which you will use the service. You can nominate as many lines as you like. All lines will appear itemised on the one bill. The account holder is responsible for all calls made on the services on their account. Can I use the service from my mobile phone? No. You can only use it on Fixed wire telephone services. (POTS, PSTN, ISDN) How long does it take to activate my service? Over ride accounts are generally activated within a 2-4 hours from provisioning. When do I get and how do I pay my Femtech telephone bill? Bills are sent out on the 1st of each month. Your invoices can be paid by BPay & Direct Deposit at any branch of the Bendigo Bank |
